To answer all of your questions here on Instagram and Tumblr on how I achieve my lavender/lilac hair I use a small amount of Manic Panic’s Purple Haze and dilute it with any white conditioner. Before you do this step, your hair needs to be Bleached and toned to a Platinum Blonde/Silver/White or this will not work. Voila! Hope that helps! 💜
